About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Risk and Compliance to join our team at PARETO SECURITIES AS. This is a critical role that requires a strong background in risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational risk assessment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective risk management frameworks across the organization. This includes identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

As a key member of our Risk Management team, you will work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to drive business growth while minimizing risk exposure. You will also be responsible for providing regular risk reports to the Board of Directors and ensuring that risk mitigation strategies are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective risk management frameworks
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Provide regular risk reports to the Board of Directors
  • Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to drive business growth

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational risk assessment. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is required, and 10 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
