Tinytots International Daycare & Preschool is a reputable and dynamic childcare organisation in Copenhagen, Denmark seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive person who takes responsibility for tasks and is flexible when it comes to responsibilities. They will also be a natural team player with excellent communication skills.
Job Summary:Plan and implement engaging activities and lessons aligned with our curriculum framework. Ensure the learning environment remains clean, safe, and healthy at all times. Assist in monitoring children's growth, development, and behaviour. Build strong relationships with children, families, administration, and staff through open and constructive dialogue.
Requirements:- English Fluency: High level of fluency in English (C1 level or higher) is required. Danish language skills are not necessary.
- Education and Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Education or Early Childhood Education is preferred.
- Teaching Experience: 2-3 years of experience in nursery/kindergarten teaching is required.
- Positive Behaviour Management: Demonstrable experience in Positive Behaviour Management is essential.
- Certification and Montessori Pedagogy: Certification in Montessori or equivalent experience in implementing Montessori pedagogy is an added advantage.
We offer highly competitive salary, pension, and benefits within the international childcare sector in Denmark, in accordance with collective agreements.
A work visa can be sponsored for the right candidate (non-EU candidates need to have a Bachelor's degree in education/early childhood education to qualify for work visa sponsorship).
