Job Description:
A typical day as a Data Engineer involves working closely with data and business experts to ensure our data is enabled across the bank, adhering to Danske Bank's technical frameworks. This enables us to deliver high-quality customer products while becoming more digital, aligning with our Forward '28 strategy.
You will join the Customer Engagement Individuals Tribe, comprising approximately 140 colleagues, where you will be part of a data squad responsible for enabling data across the Personal Customers domain. Your primary objective will be to create foundational data elements underpinning banking services on our scalable data platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing data pipelines, including collection, ingestion, cleaning, transformation & loading.
- Ensuring data is efficiently moved, stored, organized, accessible & scalable within the group-wide technical landscape.
- Maintaining sufficient and coherent documentation and reporting.
- Collaborating with system & data owners to enable data.
- Working with other business areas across Personal Customers to ensure bank-wide data availability.
