Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Exceed revenue targets through proactive relationship management, up-sales of additional products, and securing additional volume commitments across a portfolio of strategic key accounts within the iGaming sector.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and ensure existing agreements are compliant.
  • Monitor transaction volumes and forecast against expected spikes/drops, presenting accurate financial forecasts to Senior Management.
  • Develop client relationships and align payment strategies through regular calls and face-to-face meetings.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of relevant market regulations in key territories for Gaming merchants.
  • Engage different areas of the business to meet project requirements and assist in the delivery of new products, services, and migrations.
  • Ensure client KYC and Due Diligence is on file and kept up to date.
  • Work with 3rd party suppliers including Gateways and alternative payment providers.
  • Represent Inpay at trade shows such as ICE, IGB, and SBC events.
