We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our Service and Security department, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of facility service at our headquarters in Valby. This role requires a dynamic individual with experience in managing operations, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering collaboration among teams.

About the Role
  • As Head of Service Operations, you will lead a team of 52 internal employees, including three managers and an experienced assistant.
  • You will report to the Vice President of the Facilities & HSE business unit and collaborate with peers from production, R&D, and corporate functions to align expectations and define service levels.
  • Your primary tasks will focus on employee development, process optimization, and stakeholder management, all within your financial frameworks.

The ideal candidate has a broad background in the service/facility management industry, possibly with experience from a larger company. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage. Our ideal candidate is:

  • A proven leader with excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Service-minded and takes pride in delivering high-quality services to both customers and employees.
  • Solution-oriented and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus.
  • Experienced in budget planning and financial follow-up.
  • Fluent in Danish and English, as our skilled cleaning assistants and internal customers have diverse nationalities.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around DKK 1,200,000 - 1,500,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
