We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Nordic Head of Education in Copenhagen. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the development and implementation of a cutting-edge training strategy for the Dermatological Beauty division in the Nordic region.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for leading the Nordic training team, overseeing all training tools and materials, and tracking the effectiveness of our training programs on business outcomes. You will also lead the development of a new education program focused on training targeted for pharmacists, including conquest strategies and training design.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Nordic Business Development team and report directly to the Nordic Business Development Manager. Your mission will be to drive innovation and excellence in training, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with the division's objectives and commercial channel strategies.
  • Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs for over 20,000 external skincare advisors, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, cosmeticians, and pharmacy owners.
  • Seek out new learning technologies, methodologies, and best practices to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of all training materials and tools, including digital assets, presentations, and online training platforms.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging training technologies to ensure our training programs remain competitive.
  • Lead and develop a team of Training Managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Manage training budgets and allocation between O+O, countries, and clients, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including Marketing, Commercial, and Medical teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Develop training materials on the Dermatological Beauty category, increasing expertise among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand market and population needs, developing training programs to bridge skill gaps and meet customer expectations.
  • Drive studies related to brand recommendations among retailer staff, providing valuable insights to inform our training strategy.
  • Lead the development of a new training program targeted towards Pharmacists, building an O+O conquest strategy and upskilling plan with relevant content and formats.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree from Business, Education, or Pharmacy.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the field of Training & Development, preferably in the cosmetics/beauty or pharmacy industry.
  • Demonstrated success in designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective training programs, both in-person and online.
  • Capacity to adapt training programs to evolving business needs, embracing new technologies and learning trends.
  • Ability to create engaging training materials tailored to target audiences and formats.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams, managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Self-driven and capable of handling multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to deal with uncertainty and a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills and ability to measure effectiveness and make data-driven improvement proposals.
