Global SAP Transformation Lead

At ECCO Sko A/S, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation. As part of our new Program Office, you will be responsible for deploying SAP S/4HANA globally.

The team within the Program Office is still being shaped, and we expect it to consist of 15 dedicated colleagues within the next 12 months. You will have a great opportunity to join at the very start and help form it.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager involved in large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations. You should have a deep understanding of SAP Activate and other SAP elements, such as Cloud ALM.

As a key member of our Program Office, you will align teams, overcome challenges, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. You will also gain a wide internal network when collaborating across business units to ensure employees at all levels are supported through the change.

  • Build and manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resources while mitigating risks and resolving challenges proactively.
  • Act as a central point of coordination, keeping stakeholders engaged and informed throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Drive best practices in project governance, issue resolution, and change management to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Maintain and contribute to high-level program roadmaps to ensure visibility and transparency.

This role can be based either in Bredebro or Copenhagen, although we expect you to be able to be in Bredebro regularly, approximately 40% of the time. You will also have some international travel, approximately 1 week every 2 months.

We are looking for someone with solid SAP experience and great stakeholder management skills. You should have an outgoing nature, great communication skills, and comfort being in the spotlight. Having a structured mindset and the ability to take initiative, you know how to combine strategy with practical execution.

SAP Experience

  • Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager involved in large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations.
  • A deep understanding of SAP Activate and other SAP elements, such as Cloud ALM.
  • Proven ability to manage complex SAP projects with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • English proficiency and the ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.
