About the Role

As a Technical Support Associate at Hello Retail ApS, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Analyze customer requests, identify solutions, and implement fixes to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Specialist to gather feedback on customer inquiries and improve support documentation.
  • Work closely with the Technical Writer to coordinate and update the Knowledge Base for self-service purposes.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and customers simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with a natural interest in web development and analytics.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language proficiency in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Dutch (our primary markets).
