About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our Delivery and Tech Support team at Hello Retail ApS.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technical professional to work with e-commerce businesses, implementing and onboarding features on their websites. If you have good knowledge of the web, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of service and contributing to very high customer satisfaction through your communication with customers. You will be the customer's lifeline when they have questions, and you will work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure that every day is as good as possible.

About the Job Responsibilities

• Implement and onboard features on our customers' websites
• Apply your technical and coding skills to help mature e-commerce businesses sell more and succeed
• Ensure a high level of service and contribute to very high customer satisfaction through your communication with customers
• Be the customer's lifeline when they have questions
• Contribute valuable input to the product and company process
• Keep track of task workflow and ensure tickets get closed on time
• Ensure SLA's and KPI's are met

About the Ideal Candidate

• You have good knowledge about the web, including URLs, parameters, web tracking, and analytics
• You have a great approach to problem-solving and are keen on finding solutions
• You can keep cool and stay on top of ongoing activities
• You can ensure high-quality solutions in a timely manner
• You can juggle multiple tasks at the same time
• You are a team player who can help others when needed
• You have excellent communication skills and can lead conversations effectively
• You are fluent in English and one of the following languages: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Dutch (written and spoken)
