About Your Future Role

As a Senior Operations Specialist, you will be part of a team consisting of colleagues with extensive experience in establishing, transforming, and operating IT environments.

Your primary work tasks will include handling incidents and operational tasks, developing and maintaining documentation of operational procedures and routines in the operational organization. You will also participate in smaller transition projects and onboarding of new operational customers.

About You and Your Qualifications

We envision that you have experience with operating IT environments and infrastructure from previous positions, as well as experience with automation and optimization of processes (including various scripting languages). You also have solid experience with Microsoft Azure and related services, as well as Azure SaaS, PaaS, DevOps (CI/CD) infrastructure as code.

  • You have solid experience with Entra ID, SQL, VM management, network infrastructure, and IT security.
  • You have knowledge of Linux distributions and Linux services.
  • You have experience with using ITSM systems for structuring both documentation and issue resolution.
  • You have knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks.
