About the Role

The Global Director for Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) will play a pivotal role in shaping the way rare disease treatments are perceived, valued, and accessed worldwide. This position entails leading initiatives that make a tangible difference in the lives of patients and healthcare systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and influencing strategies, plans, and tactics within the HEOR domain.
  2. Collaboration with stakeholders such as Research & Development, Medical, biostats, Commercial, and more.
  3. Working closely with the Market Access and Pricing team to align on priorities and strategies.
  4. Creating the Global Reimbursement Dossier and ensuring affiliates have access to HEOR data and resources.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal person will bring the following as minimum requirements:

  1. A Master's degree in Health Economics, Outcomes Research or similar.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  3. A good understanding of Indirect Therapeutic Comparison (ITC) methods and analysis.
  4. Proven experience in building and managing complex matrices in a professional setting.
  5. Fluency in written and verbal English.
