Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to drive product development and launch, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure seamless collaboration across departments. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for cycling technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a 12–24-month product calendar highlighting key milestones in collaboration with Sales & Marketing.
  • Execute launch plans for new products and special projects in conjunction with Purchasing, R&D, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Communicate forecasts for new and special edition products to Purchasing & Production, confirming product names and requesting item number creation.
  • Calculate new product pricing and submit it to Operations, gathering product details for data sheets, and collaborating with Marketing.
  • Share new product details with global sales & support teams and maintain product compatibility materials.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product management and project coordination, preferably in the cycling or sports industry.
  • Dynamic, detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and a proactive approach.
