Job Description:

As a Cycling Product Strategist, you will be responsible for driving product development and launch, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Product Planning: Develop a comprehensive product plan, including a 12–24-month product calendar, in collaboration with Sales & Marketing.
  2. Launch Execution: Execute launch plans for new products and special projects, working closely with Purchasing, R&D, Sales, and Marketing.
  3. Communication and Coordination: Communicate forecasts for new and special edition products to Purchasing & Production, confirm product names, and request item number creation.
  4. Pricing and Data Sheets: Calculate new product pricing and submit it to Operations, gathering product details for data sheets, and collaborating with Marketing.
  5. Global Product Support: Share new product details with global sales & support teams and maintain product compatibility materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product management and project coordination, preferably in the cycling or sports industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and a proactive approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
