About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Furniture Sales Strategist to spearhead sales growth for our Upholstery brands in the DACH region. Key responsibilities will include driving sales growth, developing local sales plans, and managing customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in furniture sales, preferably targeting the upholstery market. They will possess excellent relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders, as well as strong commercial understanding and sales flair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth for SITS and Flexlux brands in the DACH upholstery market.
  • Create and implement local sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain and nurture key customer relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and supply chain, to align initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows and events to promote products and expand the customer base.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture industry targeting the upholstery market.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Native German proficiency and great conversational English skills.
