In our People & Culture team in Ballerup, you'll be part of a collaborative environment with 7 experienced HR specialists who support the company in all HR services within the employee lifecycle.

Your Role:

  1. Support operational HR services towards the company in Ballerup.
  2. Carry out various tasks to ensure smooth employee on- and offboarding processes.
  3. Assist employees and managers with HR-related queries via shared inbox.
  4. Prepare employment contracts and addendums, as well as update personnel records.
  5. Set up employees' pension and health insurance at our pension portal.
  6. Coordinate with HR Business Partners, Talent Attraction Partners, Managers in the business, Payroll, and IT.
  7. Ensure daily GDPR compliance of online and hard copy documents.
  8. Guarantee the quality of data in our HR system (Workday).
  9. Be the first point of contact for new hires.
  10. Support the HR department with ad hoc tasks.
  11. Assist employees and leaders with questions related to Workday activities and annual processes.

Requirements
  • A relevant educational degree within HR or administration.
  • Several years of experience working with HR administration in an international company.
  • Experience as a trusted advisor towards the business.
  • Extensive experience working in Workday.
  • A structured approach, attention to detail, and great analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English.
  • The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
