I People teamet arbejder vi med alt, der relaterer sig til HR på medarbejder- og virksomhedsniveau. Vi er et stærkt team, der samarbejder med vores organisation om den daglige administration, sparring og processer.

Din rolle i Columbus

Som HR Operations Specialist spiller du en central rolle i den daglige HR-administration, som er nødvendig for vores forretning. Du bliver en del af det danske People team på 7 personer og refererer til vores People Director i Danmark. I teamet arbejder vi tæt sammen og støtter hinanden, både i det daglige og i arbejdet med at udvikle People-funktionerne. Dine samarbejdspartnere er fordelt på 5 lokationer i Danmark, og du skal forvente begrænset rejseaktivitet.

Du bidrager til at sikre, at den daglige HR-operations i Danmark fungerer optimalt og effektivt overfor organisationen. Sekundært samarbejder du med den globale HR Operations organisation om at nå samme mål.

Dine arbejdsopgaver bliver med hovedfokus på at:

  • Udarbejde kontrakter, tillæg, lønbreve og lignende ansættelsesretslige dokumenter fra ansættelse til fratrædelse.
  • Være hands-on og sørge for at data i de anvendte systemer er korrekte.
  • Samarbejde med hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, Facility og andre interne interessenter om onboarding af nye kolleger, både før og efter tiltrædelse.
  • Samarbejde med managers, lønteamet og kolleger om daglig HR-drift, som f.eks. fravær, ferie, pension, mv.
  • Samarbejde med managers, kolleger, Facility og lønteamet ved offboarding.
  • Bidrage til vedligeholdelse og optimering af processer og politikker.
  • Samarbejde med organisationen om forskellige globale projekter som f.eks. trivsels- og tilfredshedsmålinger, mobilitet i EU, re-location, mv.
  • Samarbejde med eksterne partnere om work permits, social sikring, refusioner, etc.
  • Samarbejde med People teamet generelt om at opnå fælles målsætninger.
  • Optimere processer i HR Operations i samspil med organisationen, lokalt og globalt, og de anvendte systemer.

Du kommer til at arbejde som del af et team, men vil også have individuelle opgaver og ansvarsområder. Din primære arbejdsplads bliver i Ballerup. Det kan forventes, at du lejlighedsvis vil besøge en af vores andre 5 lokationer i Danmark.

Hvem er du?

Du trives med og får energi af arbejdet med den daglig drift. Sideløbende optimerer du processerne omkring det, hvor det er nødvendigt. Derfor har du følgende indsigt og personlige kompetencer:

  • Du har gerne et par års erfaring med HR-administration fra A-Z.
  • Du er vant til at holde dig ajour med arbejdsretlig lovgivning.
  • Du har den relevante HR-relaterede GDPR-viden.
  • En grundig personlighed, der er præcis og sætter en ære i korrekte data i systemerne.
  • Har erfaring med stakeholder management og at arbejde med flere interessenter ad gangen.
  • Har erfaring med at beskrive processer.
  • Du er avanceret bruger af Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams og OneDrive, og mindst et HR-system. Har du også erfaring med Bamboo eller SharePoint er det bare et plus.
  • Du taler og skriver dansk og engelsk på professionelt niveau.

Du skal derfor være i stand til og have en forståelse for kommunikation mundtligt og skriftligt for alle niveauer i organisationen, og være proaktiv i at afstemme forventninger med dine samarbejdspartnere.
