Your Role
As the Lead Project Coordinator, you will become a vital member of our Major Projects department, which operates within our global Energy Transition sector. Your leadership will be essential in managing and advancing a diverse range of significant projects. Your strategic insight and project management proficiency will be key to ensuring the successful delivery of major initiatives that align with our dedication to environmental responsibility and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Formulating and executing project management methodologies tailored to the distinct challenges posed by major energy transition initiatives, with a preference for candidates experienced in Oil & Gas, Power generation, Process industries, or Energy Intensive sectors. Taking charge of project-level planning, execution, and delivery across sectors such as Power-to-X (Hydrogen), Carbon capture, Bioenergy (Power generation), Biofuels, Offshore Energy (Offshore Substations), or Energy Intensive Industries. Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with broader organizational aims. Developing and maintaining thorough project documentation for major initiatives, including project plans, timelines, and budgets, in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Tracking and reporting on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and challenges specific to the energy transition landscape for major initiatives. Cultivating strategic relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to enhance project outcomes and promote sustainable practices in major initiatives. Ensuring adherence to industry standards, environmental regulations, and quality benchmarks for major projects. Offering strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on enhancing our position in the energy transition market, particularly within the specified sectors.Your Path to Continuous Growth

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline. A proven history (10+ years) of successfully managing large and complex projects within the Energy sector. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly regarded. A solid understanding of energy transition technologies, policies, and market dynamics. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a strong focus on integrating sustainable practices. Experience navigating regulatory frameworks and fostering partnerships in the energy transition sector. Demonstrated experience in at least one of the specified markets: Power-to-X (Hydrogen), Bioenergy, Offshore Energy (Offshore Substations), or Energy Intensive Industries.Welcome to Our Energy Division
