About the Role

Radiometer Danmark, a part of Danaher, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to drive our ERP projects related to our ERP landscape in close collaboration with business stakeholders across our locations. As an IT Project Manager, you will collaborate with our IT PMO and support the funnel management of ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery and adoption of new technologies and systems.
  • Build and lead high-performing project teams, including functional consultants, developers, testers, and other IT professionals.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, timelines, and risks to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Work with our technology landscape within ERP, primarily focusing on the operations area, including the latest technologies and systems used in the medical device industry.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working as an IT Project Manager, preferably in a global context.
  • Good project management skills and toolbox within different project methodologies, including agile and waterfall approaches.
  • Good leadership capabilities, communication skills, and experience with stakeholder management at all levels.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, analytical, and systematic with a profound cultural awareness and a track-record in successfully managing a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel to other Radiometer locations approximately 5%.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional and/or complex projects in an international and regulated environment, with a focus on delivering business value of IT (creating business cases and benefit tracking).
  • Experience leading process improvements within production, supply chain, and logistics.
  • Experience with resource and portfolio management.
