We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and proactive sales professional to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Manager, you will be working closely with our engineering team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet the needs of our customers. You will also be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Contract Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts with customers, ensuring that all agreements are mutually beneficial.
  • Business Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, sales).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the marine industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
