Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Growth Strategist for Italy to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for driving business growth in Italy through strategic account mapping, follow-up, and closure.

Your primary focus will be on designing and executing a go-to-market strategy and plan that aligns with our company's overall objectives. This involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and activities that build awareness and capture the target audience.

You will also be responsible for organizing and holding webinars, events, and online meetings to engage with potential clients and promote our solutions. Project management skills are essential to ensure that activities are delivered on time and within budget.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will be expected to track your performance, adjust your approach as needed, and manage your weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline. Collaboration with marketing for lead generation and your commercial colleagues for alignment and idea generation is also critical.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong commercial background, evidence of business growth preferably from a tech company, and experience with building and maintaining a go-to-market strategy and plan. Proven commercial awareness, business acumen, and excellent communication skills are also essential.
