Digital Experience Strategist

We are seeking a Digital Experience Strategist to lead our product team in designing digital solutions that meet the needs of developers and customers. This role requires a strong understanding of user experience and software development.

The position involves managing and mentoring a team of designers, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement product goals and strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Mentoring and guiding the design team to achieve Vestas' goals and align with product teams and engineers.
  • Influencing customer-facing digital self-services by incorporating the customer perspective.
  • Developing user management solutions for internal teams at Vestas to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborating with the Product Manager and Lead Engineer to support customers in integrating Vestas' data into their data-driven journey.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Design Lead or similar role.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Familiarity with product-led environments, such as SaaS businesses.
  • Experience with prototyping tools like Figma and front-end colleague UI component library tools.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
