About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our contracted data center, ensuring proper service delivery and reliable 24/7 operations. You will support our Data Center Manager in all management-related tasks and deputize him.
Responsibilities- Cross-functionally manage data center maintenance services on-site as defined by our contract.
- Monitor maintenance management strategies to ensure alignment with client objectives, especially in terms of business continuity.
- Implement standardized processes and procedures for data center SLAs across the site/accounts in compliance with legislation and meeting industry 'best practice.'
- Evaluate your site's operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts and internal stakeholders.
- A proven track record in a senior or executive management role with responsibility for product, culture, people, and business growth.
- Previous experience in critical environments/data centers and one or more of the following: M&E, facilities management, projects, building services.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to effectively connect with subordinated employees, clients, and CBRE Management.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness with the ability to understand financial metrics.
- Fluent language skills in English are required; additional knowledge of Danish or another Nordic language would be a plus.
