Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Director to lead our Critical Facility team in Odense, Denmark. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take ownership of our contracted Data Center and drive top service performance from a quality, health and safety, and financial perspective.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-functionally manage data center maintenance services on-site as defined by our contract and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Monitor maintenance management strategies to ensure alignment with client objectives, especially in terms of business continuity.
  • Implement standardized processes and procedures for data center SLAs across the site/accounts in compliance with legislation and meeting industry best practices.
  • Ensure your site is staffed by fully competent teams, ensuring post-holders are fully competent, and that effective succession planning arrangements are in place.
  • Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and company health and safety policy and process are effectively implemented across both our teams' services and subcontractors' activities and are regularly reviewed.
  • Ensure appropriate control systems to ensure statutory, policy, and contractual commitments are met.
  • Provide leadership and guidance, advice, coaching, and direct support where required to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment, and recognition/reward.
  • Deliver effective business communication through advice, review, leadership, and direct contribution to management and team meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, publicity, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting and other publications as appropriate.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in a senior or executive management role which has included responsibility for product, culture, people, and business growth. Previous experience in critical environments/data centers and one or more of the following: M&E, facilities management, projects, building services is essential.

  • Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience dealing with a range of people from junior to senior level including site employees, suppliers, and customers.
  • Capability to drive contract performance with strategic goals while maintaining employee engagement.
  • Ability to remain adaptive to various complex challenges at the site level.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to effectively connect with subordinated employees, clients, and CBRE Management.
  • Excellent relationship builder with proven internal and external client management experience and good networking skills.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness with the ability to understand financial metrics.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €80,000-€120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus attractive bonuses, pension, and insurance programs, and other good social benefits. Earning potential: Approximately €100,000-€140,000 per annum (including bonuses and overtime)
