We are building and transforming software applications for a broad range of clients within both the public and private sectors. As a skilled.Net Lead developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using MSSQL, C#, and Angular.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using MSSQL, C#, and Angular.
- Oversee the daily activities of the development team, ensuring adherence to the in-team agreed upon practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Participate in, and at times lead, the team's agile ceremonies.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on MSSQL, C#, and Angular. Proven experience in leading and managing a development team. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Proficiency in database design and development using MSSQL. Expertise in developing web applications using C# and Angular. Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Proficiency working with TFVC and Git. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Danish at a native level and fully fluent in English, preferably with experience working in a global organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications, as well as leading and mentoring a team of developers.
