Job Title: Operations Scheduler

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Planning professional to join our team at Phillips-Medisize in North Denmark Region.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules that align with company goals and customer demands.

  • Analyze demand forecasts to predict future production needs and adjust capacity plans based on changing demand.
  • Develop and implement detailed production plans to meet business targets and customer requests.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Manage and update master data to ensure accuracy in the production system.
  • Perform cost analyses and prepare post-production costing reports.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on production metrics.
  • Drive and coordinate tasks to ensure progress and momentum in resolving production planning issues and optimizing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure a seamless production flow.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Production and Operations, Logistics, or other relevant education.
  • Experience from a similar position, ideally within an R&D department.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and a self-motivated team player.
  • Well-organized and structured, with the ability to multi-task and provide high-level service.
  • Fluent in English.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a busy environment.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Data analysis and forecasting tools expertise.
  • Inventory management knowledge.
