The Digital Media Operations Strategist plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional results for our clients. This individual will lead strategic media collaborations, drive innovation in channel performance, and inspire a team of media experts specialising in app marketing.

This key position involves:

  1. Team Leadership: Manage a large team of specialists to foster a strong culture, develop knowledge and skills, and create a positive and high-performing working environment.
  2. Skills Development: Actively develop the skills and competencies of team members. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry, media, and channel trends, and champion innovation and development within Precis' media offering.
  3. Project Management: Direct the work of the team to achieve maximum impact for clients using project management platforms and processes.
  4. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate across stakeholders and capability areas to secure strong delivery.
  5. Quality Assurance: Set the bar on quality of delivery for the team and ensure an excellent Precis Experience for clients.
  6. Client Projects: Take an active role in client projects to deliver excellence in media execution.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Leverage your expertise to lead and inspire a team to create an environment of excellence within media.
  • Showcase your knowledge of media channels like search, social, display, with deep understanding of synergies and possibilities across marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok DV360, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Utilise your experience in optimisation and management of app acquisition campaigns in at least one of the aforementioned platforms.
  • Work with MMPs such as Adjust, Appsflyer or Singular and app analytics tools such as Firebase, GA4, Amplitude, and Mixpanel.
  • Translate industry developments and trends into innovative media solutions.
  • Deliver constructive feedback and set the bar for standards of our media offering.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around €80,000 - €110,000 based on the location and industry standards.
