We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at DEPT Digital Marketing ApS.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in upper funnel advertising and brand building, with a proven track record of success in selling projects in media/advertising. They will be responsible for spotting new internal & external opportunities, following up on leads, and deploying internal roadshows to further build out our upper funnel digital marketing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Account Directors and Account Managers with creating strategic account hit lists, following up on leads, and setting up customer appointments;
  • Act as a linking pin between international teams for advertising related opportunities, primarily focused on media channels such as display advertising, digital radio/tv, and digital out of home advertising;
  • Represent DEPT towards partners such as Google, Facebook, Amazon, and Microsoft; and
  • Take ownership of sales and work closely with executive stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and network effectively;
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in selling projects in media/advertising;
  • Ability to qualify leads by asking the right questions;
  • Consultative selling skills;
  • Commercial experience and the ability to tell a story about their best win;
  • Ability to advise clients on effective use of upper funnel media strategies;
  • Understanding of advertising and AI, including display, CTV, DOOH, and how it contributes to business success;
  • Generic understanding of offline marketing and its relation to online marketing;
  • Ambition and eagerness to learn;
  • Working proficiency of Danish and English languages;
  • Direct availability to start working in Denmark.
