Are you ready to embark on a 2-year Graduate Program tailored to your skills and interests? Do you want to join a global setup where you can leverage your expertise and make a meaningful impact?

As an Engineering Graduate, you will undergo three rotations of 8 months, starting in our HQ in Ballerup, followed by a transfer to a department outside Denmark, and finally returning to HQ in a different department.

Our Graduate Program commences on September 1st, 2025, and includes a thorough onboarding process that introduces you to our organization and your fellow Graduate batch.

With multiple subsidiaries across the globe, we offer a diverse range of roles that match GN's business needs and your skills and interests. You will be assisted by managers, program sponsors, and a mentor as you navigate a steep learning curve.

The Team You'll Be Part Of

Within our R&D organization, you will find colleagues from diverse backgrounds and nationalities. Our product portfolio spans the entire GN Group, encompassing hearing aids, headsets, video, and gaming equipment.

You will also become part of a network of 15 fellow graduates, working in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Marketing, Business, Software & Hardware Engineering.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Engineer the next generation of headsets, leveraging best practices and tools to integrate cutting-edge audio and communication features.
  • Safeguard user privacy by performing threat modeling and implementing robust cybersecurity measures.
  • Work in an agile setup, collaborating closely with embedded software colleagues and application software and software testing teams.
  • Gain hands-on experience working across GN's product portfolio, from headsets to video systems and hearing aids.
