Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Business Development Representative to join our team and help drive our sales initiatives to new heights. As a BDR at Fullview, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's top-of-funnel sales by developing a pipeline via outbound activities such as LinkedIn, phone, and emails.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a pipeline of mid-market companies via sniper-hunting and booking demos.
  • Manage your own pipeline of deals, run discovery and USPs, and build relationships with stakeholders to book demos to meet targets.
  • Collaborate closely with founders who currently lead sales to build repeatable playbooks over time.

Requirements:

  • Fluent / Native English and ideally also one other European language.
  • Previous relevant experience from SaaS and startups.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest customer support trends and technologies.
