About The Role
At BCG Platinion, we offer expert guidance on a wide range of IT challenges. A key focus is the transition to the SAP S/4HANA solution, which presents unique challenges for our clients. Common inquiries from our clients include the justification and business advantages of migrating to SAP S/4HANA, as well as developing optimized roadmaps that consider overall architecture and alternative solutions.
To enhance our service delivery, we aim to expand our Enterprise Solutions team. You will collaborate with colleagues from both Platinion and the Boston Consulting Group on local and international client projects. Together with our clients, you will actively formulate superior, value-driven ERP and application architecture strategies, concepts, and roadmaps, leveraging your robust technical and process-oriented expertise. Your enthusiasm for your work will embody the 'BCG Platinion Spirit' through your proactive approach.
Contribute to Future Innovations
- Lead operational management of extensive ERP/CRM/SCM projects, guiding the BCG Platinion team.
- Engage with the client's executive leadership alongside the BCG Platinion leadership team.
- Devise ERP/CRM/SCM implementation and rollout strategies within complex application environments.
- Prepare and present proposals for significant Enterprise Solutions initiatives.
- Assume internal responsibilities within the Nordic BCG Platinion Enterprise Solutions leadership (e.g., mentoring colleagues, advancing content topics).
- Participate in leadership and practice group meetings within BCG Platinion in the Nordics.
Your Impact
- A degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP/CRM/SCM projects.
- A strong methodological foundation, with knowledge of relevant procedures in ERP/CRM/SCM implementation methodologies.
- Familiarity with supporting procedures and tools (template management, solution management, release management, process modeling), including business case and benefit management.
- Insight into SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft D365, Salesforce, or other relevant solutions for large-scale transformation projects.
- Understanding of modern, data-driven architectures, particularly the integration of various modules into end-to-end processes.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual abilities.
- Fluency in one Nordic language and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong client focus and results orientation.
- Team-oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills, along with intellectual agility.
- Capability to align individuals and organizations towards a shared objective.
