Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Global Product Manager to join our global Product Management team in the Pathology Division. The role is based in Glostrup, Denmark and will be part of a team managing our Pathology IVD Solutions.

The successful candidate will report into the Director for Global Product Management and work closely with Senior Global Product Managers to manage the product portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Senior Global Product Managers in managing the product portfolio.
  • Acquiring and maintaining in-depth understanding of the pathology market, competitor landscape, and customer needs.
  • Driving Product Life Cycle Management activities and daily operational support across our portfolio.
  • Acting as daily 3rd line support to the field for product-related questions.
  • Supporting with market and competitor analysis of reagents across markets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience from diagnostics or MedTech industry in a commercial and/or technical role.
  • A minimum bachelor's degree in life science.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across the organization and within a global matrix.
  • Strong sense of ownership and initiative to drive results.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Experience within Clinical diagnostics is a plus.
  • Experience with Product Management is a plus.
