Workday Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workday Reporting Manager to join our People Analytics team within Global HR Operations at Genmab.
As a Workday Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for supporting ongoing business-as-usual reporting requirements and assisting with internal Workday-related projects, including testing and documentation.
You will collaborate closely with the HR Data Manager and external AMS consultants to enhance our reporting strategy, suggest improvements, and build new reports and dashboards as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end request process for new reports and modifications to existing ones, including requirement gathering, prioritization, testing, and delivery.
- Manage AMS Consultants, ensuring regular progress check-ins and providing business context while challenging technical solutions when necessary.
- Develop and maintain reporting across all Workday modules, such as Human Capital Management (HCM), Recruitment, Payroll, Time, and Absence.
- Maintain the global reporting catalog, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of available reports and user access.
- Create and utilize all necessary Workday calculated field functions.
Additional duties include managing complex projects from start to finish, collaborating with the HR Data Manager to promote data governance and enhance data quality and insights, and providing HR Reporting and Analytics to key stakeholders, including HR Business teams, Talent, Reward, Payroll, and Finance.
You will develop a suite of monthly HR reports and metrics, build reporting dashboards, and respond to ad-hoc HR reporting requests.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of HR/HR Systems experience.
- At least 3+ years of proven experience in HRIS reporting/Workday, working with advanced, matrix, and composite reports.
- Strong understanding of the Workday security model, with the ability to navigate complex intersection-based security setups for reporting solutions.
- Experience with Workday Prism or Adaptive Insights is desirable.
- Experience within an HR discipline is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar.
A Workday Certificate is a mandatory requirement for this role.
