We are seeking a highly motivated Student Assistant to join our Ecommerce Product Excellence and Enablement Team in the Product Management department.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to adapt to different audiences, and possess excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in project management and data analysis is a plus.

The selected student assistant will work closely with a vibrant team of Product Marketers and Business Development specialists across the EMEA Region, from Global and Local roles. Key responsibilities include supporting the launch of new products and services, collecting market feedback, analyzing data, and delivering key messages in face-to-face meetings, video calls, and writing.

This is an exceptional opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment, working on diverse tasks such as maintaining ecommerce platforms, communicating with partners, distributors, and customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

As our student assistant, you will develop valuable skills in product management, change management, and software development, while also learning about the Hearing Aid Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Fulfilment.

We value candidates with a strong drive to learn, curiosity, and proactivity. If you are enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program, such as Marketing, Business, International Business, or Engineering, and have a solid understanding of business principles and analytics, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ecommerce platforms and ensure their up-to-dateness
  • Communicate with partners, distributors, and customers regarding new features, processes, and platforms
  • Collaborate with Product Marketers and Business Development specialists across the EMEA Region
  • Support the launching of new products and services by providing information, clarifying questions, and collecting market feedback
  • Analyze data using various tools such as Google Analytics, PowerBI, and market analysis
  • Deliver key messages in face-to-face meetings, video calls, and writing
