This role plays a vital part in ensuring the efficient operation of our Insert Factory. As a Material Call Off and Planning specialist, you will optimize production schedules and resource prioritization, contributing to the broader organization's goals by improving operational efficiency and helping us consistently meet production targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Manage Production Schedules: Ensure timely delivery of mold parts according to SAP requirements using Rob-Ex Scheduler.
  2. Route Planning: Manage efficient routing of parts through different manufacturing stages to optimize and apply manufacturing flows to secure OPR Targets.
  3. Collaboration: Maintain close coordination with departments like MAF/MQ and SCM, ensuring seamless operations across the organization.
  4. SAP Management and Procurement: Follow up and manage parts and molds in SAP, ensuring inventory is maintained, and handle the procurement of vital materials and tools through centralized sourcing and SAP.
  5. Documentation and Reporting: Update records and maintain documentation on systems like SharePoint and support accurate hourly registration for labor tracking.
