Renewable Energy Sales Project Manager

Siemens Gamesa is a global leader in the energy transition, and we are seeking an experienced Sales Project Manager to join our dedicated Sales team based in Denmark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing relationships with key customers and driving business growth through successful project implementation.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on dynamic projects in an ever-changing market, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. Your core task will be to take existing products and new ideas and implement them into contracts that benefit both Siemens Gamesa and our customers.

Some of the key areas we want you to be involved in include:

  • Owning the customer relationship and managing customer projects
  • Developing a successful customer approach and strategy that matches the customer's needs, profile, and strategy
  • Driving the growth of our Offshore Aftermarket business with products in various categories, including spare parts, digital solutions, and engineering services
  • Working closely with a core team, including Commercial Managers, Proposal Managers, and Contract specialists, to deliver the right solution
  • Negotiating and concluding customer contracts, project planning, and reporting
  • Ensuring adherence to Siemens Gamesa's sales processes
  • Motivating, supporting, and developing a high-performing sales culture
  • Understanding customer business case requirements and developing bid/negotiation strategies

We are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years' experience in the energy industry, preferably in a sales or project management role. You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including strong Danish and English language skills, both written and spoken.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, team-driven, with a responsible and result-oriented approach to their work. They bring an analytical and structured mindset, enabling them to address multiple tasks daily while maintaining a clear overview. We offer a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
