We are seeking an exceptional Digital Transformation Lead for Sustainable Energy Projects to join our Process and Digital team within Offshore Execution organization.



About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual with extensive experience in project management to spearhead digital transformation initiatives in large, multicultural corporations. As a Digital Transformation Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision making across our Offshore Project Execution organization.



Key Responsibilities



  • Lead assessment of current digital capabilities and identify opportunities for digital transformation
  • Scope, plan, and execute internal projects and initiatives within Offshore Project Execution organization
  • Track project progress, adoption rate of intended changes, identifying risks and proactively implementing mitigation measures
  • Work with IT and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions
  • Develop, implement, and own change management framework
  • Facilitate and prepare workshops, meetings, and training sessions for various stakeholders

Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project management or digital product management
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leading internal business transformation in large enterprise organizations
  • Good understanding of Data, Analytics, and AI technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
