We employ over 300 experts covering the entire spectrum of cybersecurity – from Predict to Recover. Our team consists of dedicated specialists who work tirelessly to identify and prevent cyber threats.

We are now looking for a Technical Account Manager who wants to make a difference. This role involves being the customer's technical main contact, analyzing and presenting summarized reports on their security posture, and catching any challenges connected to our services.

Your Role

  1. Participate in operational and strategic meetings as part of the customer team.
  2. Develop and present operational reports to our customers.
  3. Be responsible for a group of clients, acting as their primary point of contact for any technical issues regarding our services.
  4. Provide general advice and interpretation of customer needs and Truesec's services.
  5. Help the customer on their cybersecurity journey utilizing the full range of services we offer.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Operational experience in working with technical MSSP deliveries towards customers.
  • Minimum 2 years working in a customer-facing role.
  • Able to respond rapidly, multi-task, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers, team members, and engagement managers.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
