About the Role
This PhD position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of new sustainable materials and technologies. As a researcher in our department, you will have the chance to work with leading experts in the field and conduct research that has the potential to make a significant impact on society.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct Research: Conduct research on circular economy principles, biobased materials, and their applications in construction.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other scientific staff and collaborate with industry partners.
- Disseminate Results: Disseminate your results through publications, conferences, and teaching activities.
Requirements
- Masters Degree: A two-year master's degree (120 ECTS points) or a similar degree with an academic level equivalent to a two-year master's degree.
- Research Experience: Documented experience with concepts of biobased materials, large datasets management, material flow analysis, life cycle assessment modeling, and scientific writing.
- Skills: Strong collaboration skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainability.
