We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our team in Sweden. As a Technical Writer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers and users have the greatest possible experience when reading about and trying to understand our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and review technical documentation and other non-technical communication, such as release notes and feature requirements specifications
  • Manage terminology by advising on correct terminology and maintaining an in-house dictionary
  • Perform software localization of the complete software solution (Danish – Swedish)
  • Offer expertise and assistance in a variety of communicative matters
  • Transform technical data into information that can easily be understood by testers, end-users etc.
  • Collect information from customers about their processes and needs

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in communication or translation
  • 3+ years of experience from a similar role
  • Native Swedish-speaking and fluent in Danish and English
  • Experience with Help & Manual (or similar authoring tool), Trados Studio, RWS Language Cloud and Microsoft Office
