The Role: Customer Success Associate

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Associate to join our Customer Success Team, driving our expansion in the UK, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and other exciting markets. This role presents an outstanding opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing startup from its inception.

You will oversee the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewals, while collaborating closely with senior team members to develop effective customer strategies.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring customer success
  • Managing the customer lifecycle
  • Collaborating with Developers, Marketing, and Sales teams
  • Owning customer needs internally and externally

This position will evolve as our company grows, providing numerous opportunities for professional development and growth.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

We're looking for individuals with great energy, a good sense of humour, and a disciplined problem-solving approach. If you thrive in dynamic startup environments, initiate new projects, and see them through to completion, this role might suit you.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to:

  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Possess 1-3 years of customer-facing experience
  • Nice to have: 1 year of B2B work experience in SAAS/software
  • Be structured and punctual
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills
  • Show a good sense of humour
  • Be excited about building a big company from scratch and growing personally along the way
  • Be comfortable working in our Central Copenhagen office or remotely within our hybrid model
