Senior Biologics Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Biologics Project Manager to drive all aspects of project execution for our Capital Projects & Tech Transfers team in Hillerød, Denmark.
As a Senior Biologics Project Manager at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient project execution with no safety incidents, GMP incidents or other unintended interruptions. You will interface extensively with site functions including peer Engineering functions, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Site services, Quality and Administration, in GMP and non-GMP areas.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Gaining a thorough understanding of product and process requirements;
- Process Engineering Management: overseeing and executing process engineering duties, supporting tech transfers and capital projects from initial design to detailed engineering stages;
- Documentation and Compliance: ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and complies with relevant regulations and standards;
- Effective Communication: initiating dialogue and delivering timely updates on project status to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and prioritization of deliverables;
- Coordination and Monitoring: coordinating project activities, tracking action items and milestones, and maintaining control over budgets;
- Stakeholder Engagement: interacting with internal and external stakeholders, fostering alignment of expectations and garnering support throughout the project duration;
- Continuous Improvement: evaluating post-implementation to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes for future projects;
To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, preferably within Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering disciplines. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience in a cGMP biotech/pharmaceutical environment, as well as good communication skills in both English and Danish at a business level.
