About the Role
As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting with the operation of applications for one of our biggest Life Science customers in Denmark. Your job will involve helping to operate, maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and develop new and existing applications within our Custom Application Development area.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation of applications for our Life Science customer
- Help maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and develop new and existing applications
- Work with our Technical Support team to resolve incidents and service requests
- Develop and implement new features and solutions to improve application performance
- Collaborate with our development team to ensure seamless integration of new features
Requirements
- Experience with technologies such as.Net, Azure, and SQL Server
- Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management (ITIL)
- Background in application development or application operations
- Good understanding of system lifecycle and infrastructure operations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
