About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Analyst to join our Conduct, Sustainability and Regulatory Risk Testing team at Danske Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing, executing, and managing testing for conduct and sustainability risks across all business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive control testing for regulatory, conduct, and sustainability risks, including test scripts for key controls, test frequency, and more.
  • Analyze and interpret testing results to highlight areas of strength and improvement for conduct, regulatory, and sustainability risks across business areas.
  • Identify opportunities for test automation for key controls and work in partnership with teams across Controls Management.
  • Support the escalation of test results and monitoring for senior management and governing risk committees.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of non-financial risk management experience, ideally with a focus on conduct and/or sustainability risk.
  • The ability to look beyond numbers and identify underlying risk drivers and trends.
  • Proficient written communication skills to convey complex findings in a concise and easily understandable manner.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required, and proficiency in one Nordic language is preferred.
  • A solid experience working with stakeholders across organizational lines and establishing relationships with relevant business areas across countries.
