About the Job
This position is part of DD&IT Development. You will primarily be located in Søborg, Denmark, and work closely with colleagues in India. We are a dedicated team of around 175 people in Denmark and 75 in India, responsible for implementing and developing projects and applications.
You will be part of an agile, inspiring, and ambitious work environment where advanced use of IT and teamwork are key. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a team of IT Business Analysts and higher-level Supporters
- Cultivating Agile, personal, and professional competencies
- Fostering collaboration and facilitating cross-organizational knowledge sharing
- Partnering with other leaders to drive strategic initiatives
