About the Opportunity

We're looking for a highly skilled Technical Ceramic Specialist to join our team at Brinch & Partners. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and upscaling ceramic processes and products for solid oxide electrolyzer cells.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of industrial experience working with technical ceramics, including experience with technical ceramic powders/suspensions, shaping techniques, and sintering of complex structures or multilayers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and upscale ceramic processes and products
  • Work closely with our team to develop new equipment specifications and commission new equipment
  • Adjust or map known processes vs quality control demands
  • Implement and validate processes
