DFDS A/S is seeking a skilled Workday Functional Analyst to join our Technology & Innovation division, responsible for running and developing Workday in close collaboration with our People Division.
This role offers an exciting challenge for an individual with a passion for process optimization, system functionality, and end-user innovation. As part of our newly created Workday Service & Delivery team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our HR platform.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with SMEs in People Division on processes and data to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design, test, validate, and implement Business Process changes in Workday, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
- Contribute to the continued design of our primary master data, including Supervisory organization, Job Catalog, Positions, and other key entities.
- Participate in system upgrades, release management, and regression testing to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.
- Provide guidance and support to end-users and local HR teams as the 3rd level of our support model, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and relation-building abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Experience working with Workday HCM, Talent, or Compensation is essential, along with expertise in Security Roles configuration and deployment.
The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of HR processes and the employee journey, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving business growth.
