Would you like to advise our customers about the use of ICT and BIM tools in construction? Are you motivated by customer interaction and improving collaboration in the construction industry? Then you might be our new Customer Success Manager.
Organizationally, you will be part of our Customer Success department which belongs to Operations. Here, we are responsible for ensuring happy and satisfied customers. We advise them about using our digital platform and help them achieve maximum value.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will advise our customers on processes and collaboration in the construction industry through the use of digital ICT tools.
Customer Success is a department at the heart of the organization, responsible for both onboarding new customers and collaborating with existing ones.
We prioritize being proactive in advising and following up with our customers. This enables us to help streamline and optimize their processes and workflows, ensuring that our customers achieve maximum value from their collaboration with us.
You will manage your own customer portfolio, where you will be responsible for advising, training, and assisting with the startup and follow up on the projects, among other tasks. Your dialogue with customers - whether through online meetings, phone calls, or on-site visits - will therefore be a significant part of your workday.
About you
- You have a higher education and/or 2-5 years of work experience within construction, e.g., as a building constructor, structural engineer, or similar.
- You have experience with digital products, solutions for the professional construction, as well as ICT, BIM, and VDC.
- You thrive on being proactive and are excited by a high degree of customer interaction, whether by phone, video meetings, or on-site visits to customers.
- You have experience with teaching, training, or onboarding others and are motivated by this.
- You have a solid business understanding.
- You are an excellent communicator and can tailor your communication to the recipient, orally and in writing both in Danish and English.
