Cloud Transformation Lead – Agile Project Manager

Are you passionate about leading cloud transformation journeys and driving project teams to success? Aeven A/S is seeking a seasoned Cloud Transformation Lead – Agile Project Manager to join our team and help us shape the future of cloud services.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our cloud transformation projects, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. As a Cloud Transformation Lead – Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and implementing cloud transformation projects, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute cloud transformation strategies, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
  2. Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  3. Collaborate with Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Cloud Consultants to ensure smooth execution of assignments.
  4. Monitor and manage financials for assignments, including budget, actuals, ETC, EAC, profit, and more.

Your Qualifications and Experience

  1. A blend of consulting, project management (waterfall and/or agile), and leadership experience in high-performing teams.
  2. Solid experience in leading projects, either agile or with more classic project/program management.
  3. Experience in stakeholder management and a desire to engage, lead, and advise customers through the cloud transformation journey.
  4. The necessary empathy and understanding to motivate and lead teams.
  5. Ability to work independently with a high level of personal drive while securing project results through personal leadership.

If you have experience in leading cloud transformation journeys in a Cloud Adoption Framework and establishing and maturing CCoE, it's a definite plus. As a person, you establish good relations quickly, know your way around the business, and see opportunities where others may see challenges. You're open-minded, enjoy intellectual sparring, and knowledge sharing. You're analytical, see the bigger picture, and can set the direction and lead by motivation. You're a constant and fast learner with good English skills, both orally and in writing.
