Cloud Transformation Leader

A Cloud Transformation Lead position is available at Aeven A/S, focusing on strategic customer lead. The successful candidate will guide our customers through the cloud journey and lead sprints and projects for new and existing customers.
Responsibilities- Bridging our strong cloud architects and specialists with customer decision makers, business units, and product owners to initiate assessments, ideation workshops, and strategic sessions.
- Delivering solid plans or qualifying epics and features to ensure a clear road ahead, prioritized with the customer and engaging the cloud organization.
- Interacting with customers at all levels, managing stakeholders, and relations internally in Aeven and towards customers and cloud providers.
- Taking ownership of writing proposals and estimating the effort of a given transformation journey.
The Cloud Transformation Lead will be responsible for leading the transformation journey according to Aeven's Cloud Transformation Model, whether agile or classic project management approach. This includes guiding customers' adoption of cloud services and solutions through all phases and tracks, backlogs, and sprints, as well as strategic leadership.
To succeed in this role, you will need a blend of consulting skills, eagerness to engage with our customers on their change journey, and the ability to lead high-performing customer project/agile teams during the adoption and transformation journey.
Requirements- Solid experience with leading projects, either agile or with more classic project/program management.
- Experience within stakeholder management and a desire to be engaging, leading, and advising customers through the process of assessing, designing, building, and validating new cloud services and solutions.
- The necessary empathy and understanding of how to motivate and lead your team.
- Ability to work independently with a large personal drive while also securing project results through personal leadership.

The estimated salary for this position is between 120,000-180,000 DKK per year, depending on qualifications and experience. If you know or have been leading cloud transformation journeys in a Cloud Adoption Framework and have experience in establishing and maturing CCoE, it is a definite plus.
