About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Excellence Project Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating various projects within our manufacturing execution system (MES) team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution: You will identify, plan, and execute projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer expectations.
  • Team Leadership: As a project manager, you will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and foster open communication to drive project success.
  • Resource Allocation and Management: You will coordinate resources, manage timelines, and control costs to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Process Improvement: You will continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures, applying best practices and innovative solutions to enhance our organizational performance.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as software engineering, computer science, or life sciences is required.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in project management within IT, preferably with Agile methodologies.
  • Skills: Proficiency in office software, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex environments are essential.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
